Production Lead at D2G Group LLC – Fall River, Massachusetts

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM - Available for overtime as necessary

Lead the work. Stay hands-on. Keep production moving.

We’re hiring a Production Team Lead to support our custom graphics printing team on the floor. In this role, you’ll work alongside the team while also working closely with the Supervisor to help guide daily priorities, keep jobs on track, and step in to make decisions when needed.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with prior lead experience who is a strong thinker, confident communicator, and quick to react in a fast-paced environment. Printing experience is helpful, but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate daily workflow and keep production running smoothly
• Work alongside the Supervisor to support floor operations and team performance
• Serve as a go-to resource on the floor—answer questions and support the team in real time
• Make quick, informed decisions to maintain quality and meet deadlines
• Work side-by-side with the team to drive output
• Support training and help teammates improve performance
• Identify and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a lead or senior-level role within manufacturing, production, or a similar setting
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations and respond effectively
• Confident and capable, with a natural ability to step in and lead when needed
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Reliable, with flexibility for overtime as needed

Compensation

Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role is $22–26/hour. Final base pay will be determined based on responsibilities, job-related skills, experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
