PORTER-PRN (ON-CALL) at LifeBridge Health – Randallstown, Maryland

JOB SUMMARY: Maintains kitchen and equipment in a sanitary manner acceptable to all regulatory agencies concerned with the operation of the dietetic services department. Assists store room clerk with food and supplies. Washes and sanitizes dishes, trays, lids, bottoms, silverware, pots, pans and utensils used in the preparation and service of the patient, cafeteria and special function meals. Removes all trash from the kitchen and cafeteria to designated locations along with the cleaning of the floors, walls and ceilings as a part of a daily routine or as assigned. Transports clean and soiled dishes and trays to and from Sterile Processing and Materials Management.

REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School certificate. Less than 1 year of experience.
