DRIVER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years Class A CDL experience.

No Preventable Accidents.

Clean driving record.

No felonies or misdemeanors.

Pass USPS Background check.

Registered with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

Operate company-owned/leased trucks for US Mail.

Perform delivery, pickup, and relocation of US Mail.

Provide exceptional customer service during operations.

Adhere to FMCSA Regulations.

Support team operations by fulfilling assigned tasks.

Position Responsibilities: Operate company owned/leased trucks to facilitate the movement of US Mail operations and Freight operations. Operate company owned/leased trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of US Mail and Freight. Perform required before, during, and after-operation inspections on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to shop personnel; clean equipment and required reports. Provide outstanding customer service during the delivery and pickup operations of US Mail and Freight. Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs. Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you. Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations. Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and is constantly required to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee is required to lift seventy (70) LBS repeatedly.

The employee must be able to work in severe weather conditions, both heat and cold.
