Job Description

This position is located in the Clearwater area. No remote, this is an on site temp to perm position for the right persons


Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports on a regular basis

Handle payroll processing and related taxes

Preparing and filing business tax returns, including quarterly and annual tax forms

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations

Prepare year-end financial reports and assist with audits as needed

Manage and update the company's accounting software

Must have proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, Knowledge of ATX system,

Candidate will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
