With extensive experience in preparing and filing business and corporate tax returns, My client specializes in ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits for organizations across diverse industries. Proficient in handling the following forms:

  • 1120S & 1120: Expertly manage S Corporation and C Corporation tax filings, ensuring accurate reporting of income, deductions, and credits while optimizing tax strategies.
  • 1065: Skilled in preparing partnership tax returns, including detailed K-1 schedules, to support seamless distribution of income among partners.
  • 990: Comprehensive experience in filing for non-profit organizations, ensuring adherence to IRS regulations and maintaining tax-exempt status.
Accounting Software Expertise


  • Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, and ATX software
  • managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and generating accurate financial reports to streamline tax preparation.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth accounting operations and compliance with tax regulations.
