We are looking for an Administrative and Technical Support Specialist (NIWC Pacific) in San Diego, CA.
Position Summary
Provide professional computer operator services assist NIWC Pacific Security Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Accurately processed incoming and out-going SCI visit request
- Continuously updated the SSO database with visit request and clearance information
- Provided control and accountability of SCI material or documentation
- Continued catalogue, inventory, and organization of classified documentation
- Disposal of classified documentation
- Assisted in the preparation for SCI indoctrinations
- Assisted in fingerprinting in relation to background investigation paperwork
- Provided physical security support through escort of contact personnel and access control of SSC Pac Code 87 SCIF
- Processed in-coming meeting requests while implementing physical security requirements and coordination of meetings held within SCIF spaces
- Provided clearance verification through JPAS and other classified network systems
- Created courier cards/one-time courier letters with appropriate paperwork
- Processed approximately 100 foreign travel requests from employee and contractor personnel
- Processed approximately 30 foreign travel contact forms received from employee and contractor personnel
- 3-5 years of experience
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance-Required
