Role Overview: This is a hybrid role between fulfillment and account management for enterprise SEO clients. As a Premium SEO Account Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, oversee their execution, and ensure your clients' online success. You'll be the main point of contact for your clients, providing expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships. You'll also be expert support for our sales and client success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Craft tailored SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage communications, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Train new hires and manage team members as the enterprise team grows.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance and provide comprehensive reports.
- Sales Process Integration: Contribute to sales strategies and client acquisitions.
- Team Coordination: Guide internal teams and support Client Marketing Strategists.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Educational Initiative: Lead SEO training programs to enhance team skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in SEO strategy development and client management.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Sales experience is recommended.

The pay range for this role is:
70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Riverton)
