To receive calls from physicians' offices, enter appropriate information in computer to obtain appointment for patient for test(s). To obtain necessary information so that pre-certification, medical necessity, insurance verification can be obtained prior to patient arrival. To cross train with pre-registrar and fill in. Coordinates procedures between patient, physician, and clinical department. Provides customer service and clerical support for department. Performs other duties as assigned.
