Plumbing Estimator / Plumbing Repair Sales at Zoom Drain of Metro Detroit – Fort Myers, Florida

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Estimator to join our dynamic team at Zoom Drain & Sewer Services. The Plumbing Estimator will play a key role in providing customized sales solutions for major install jobs, service repairs, and trenchless work. This position focuses on both technical expertise and sales proficiency, working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met with high-quality solutions.

• Sales & Consultation: Provide expert consultations and pricing for major service jobs such as sewer repairs, trenchless installations, and multi-day service tasks.
• Project Management: Oversee service technicians and ensure installations are completed to high standards.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to assess problems, discuss solutions, and close sales.
• Lead Management: Handle customer leads, generate quotes, and follow up on inquiries.
• On-site Supervision: Visit job sites to ensure the installation or service is completed per proposal and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Track and report weekly sales, leads, and performance metrics to your immediate supervisor.
• Collaboration: Work with Service manager and service technicians to ensure job completion, quality control, and smooth operations.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the plumbing or drain/sewer industry.
• Technical Expertise: Must possess advanced knowledge of drain and sewer systems, including trenchless pipe repairs, video inspections, and water jetting.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets (annual goal: $1,250,000).
• Must be able to work independently while managing time and customer relations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to job sites.

• Background in trenchless technology, major service jobs, and sewer line repair.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms.
• Sales or management training in technical fields is a plus.
