The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-Time Nail Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our spa department, you will provide exceptional nail services that leave our guests feeling pampered and relaxed. If you are a licensed nail technician in good standing with a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer service, and you’re available on weekends, we would love to have you as part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialty treatments (e.g., gel nails, acrylics, nail art)
• Create a professional, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in new nail techniques and trends
• Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Schedule: Flexible, Weekend Availability Required

• Current, valid Missouri Nail Technician License in good standing
• Proven experience as a nail technician, preferably in a spa or salon setting
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry
• Willingness to learn and master new techniques, trends, and specialty nail services
• Weekend availability is a must
• Natural nail care only
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
