Implementation Specialist / Social Media Marketer at EUTIS STAFFING INC – KILLEEN, Texas

Eutis Staffing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Implementation Specialist / Social Media Marketer to support our recruitment operations. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for posting job requisitions, managing applicant flow, organizing job listings in our shared systems, and promoting our job opportunities via social media platforms.

This is a full-time **on-site** position that requires a consistent in-person presence at our company headquarters. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong technical skills, organizational prowess, and the ability to manage digital workflows with accuracy and reliability.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Implementation Duties:*

* Accurately post job requisitions on Trion and other designated job platforms.

* Manage and maintain tracking of job postings and their statuses.

* Ensure all job descriptions and listings are stored in the appropriate folders within the Eutis Staffing shared Google Drive.

* Maintain up-to-date documentation on postings, expiration dates, and required updates.

Social Media Marketing Duties:

* Create and publish engaging job-related posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Monitor and respond to applicant inquiries or comments when necessary.

* Track metrics on social media performance (reach, engagement, clicks).

* Propose improvements to posting strategies to boost visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).

* 13 years of experience in administrative, marketing, HR, or staffing-related roles.

* Strong proficiency with:

* Google Docs and Google Drive

* Job posting platforms (e.g., Trion, Indeed, LinkedIn)

* Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Basic math and percentage calculations

* Comfortable using spreadsheets and navigating digital file systems.

* Ability to follow established procedures with consistency and reliability.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred (Not Required):

* Familiarity with basic analytics tools for social media (Meta Business Suite, etc.).

* Experience working in staffing or recruitment industries.

* Knowledge of document management best practices.
