About ABCorp

ABCorp is a 230+ year-old secure manufacturer and trusted partner at the intersection of payments, fintech, identity, and additive manufacturing. We design, manufacture, and personalize secure products—credit/debit cards, healthcare and government IDs, and 3D-printed solutions—supported by robust digital and data-driven services.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our go-to-market team. This role will be the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring we have the data, reporting, and tools in place to exceed aggressive growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the transition of incumbent CRM to HubSpot CRM
  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM as the primary revenue platform (data integrity, automation, reporting, dashboards).
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks for pipeline, forecasting, account performance, and profitability analysis.
  • Support leadership in forecasting efforts by consolidating data, modeling trends, and identifying risks/opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to align KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Develop automated processes to improve sales team efficiency (lead scoring, routing, alerts, etc.).
  • Perform deep-dive analytics on sales team performance, account trends, campaign ROI, and contribution margin (CM) profitability.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to determine CM contribution margin profitability at product, program, and account levels.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot, Visual ERP, and other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Sales Engineering (fintech, SaaS, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Expert in HubSpot CRM: pipeline configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL a plus).
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting processes and profitability analysis.
  • Familiarity with contribution margin concepts and financial modeling.
  • Strong project management and communication skills—able to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Visual ERP or other ERP systems.
  • Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or payments ecosystems.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth environment scaling sales process.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to shape the backbone of revenue operations in a high-impact role.
  • Exposure to a diverse ecosystem—financial services, government, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing.
  • Collaborative team culture with direct executive visibility.
  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.
