Uncle Mike's Home Service LLC is looking to hire two Service Technician - HVAC to join our growing Field Operations team. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be the face of our company-responsible for diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring homeowners feel confident and informed about their HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about issues found and recommendations
• Conduct detailed system evaluations and take performance readings
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and routine service visits
• Create a positive customer experience through professionalism and transparency
• Document service findings and recommendations using company systems
• Ensure tools, equipment, and company vehicle are maintained and organized
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
• Work independently and manage daily schedule effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Able to maintain professionalism in homes and during customer interactions
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
