As the Prevention of Sexual Abuse Manager, you ensure ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule Part 411 and ORR Section 4 regarding the prevention, detection, and response to sexual abuse and sexual harassment involving unaccompanied children.
You will:

Oversee compliance processes and support program leadership in all areas connected to PSA standards.

Review Significant Incident Reports of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SA/SIRs) across assigned programs.

Track external investigations and ensure internal actions are completed in a timely manner.

Serve as a key resource and subject-matter consultant for staff and leadership.

Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support operational needs.
Your work ensures safety, accountability, and trauma-informed care for some of the most vulnerable youth in our communities.

Minimum qualifications and competencies
- BA in social services or related field with 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in residential childcare
- Master’s degree in social services or related field with 2 years supervisor/managerial experience in residential childcare
- Experience conducting internal investigations regarding sexual abuse incidents
- Cleared Tuberculosis test results.
- Cleared background check from appropriate entity.
- Cleared drug test results (for Texas programs only).
- Strong understanding of state licensing standards related to child rights and prevention of child abuse and neglect.
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular and long hours including evenings and weekends and flexibility to travel as required.
- Maintain annual training requirements/licensure/certifications.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
