We are looking for a hands-on General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, develops strong teams, and takes ownership of results. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who wants real responsibility, direct access to ownership, and clear growth potential within a multi-unit organization.

As General Manager, you will run the business as if it were your own — overseeing operations, people, profitability, guest experience, and community presence.

Operations & Leadership

• Lead daily front-of-house, back-of-house, and drive-thru operations
• Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and positivity
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high standards

Financial Performance

• Own full P&L responsibility
• Control food cost, labor %, and inventory shrink
• Drive sales growth through execution and local marketing

People Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members
• Build future leaders and reduce turnover
• Schedule effectively to balance service and labor goals

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional “Fan First” hospitality
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, speed, and order accuracy standards

Compliance & Systems

• Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain ServSafe® compliance
• Execute Dairy Queen PRIDE operational systems consistently

Community & Marketing

• Partner with local schools, businesses, and organizations
• Execute store-level promotions and outreach programs

• 3–5+ years restaurant management experience (QSR strongly preferred)
• Proven success managing P&L, COGS, and labor
• Strong leadership and coaching ability
• ServSafe® certified (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Comfortable working in high-volume environments
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
