We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Quality Assistant to support our Multimedia Design and Artwork Manager at our Olive Branch, MS location.
This position plays an important role in supporting artwork organization, proofreading, packaging documentation, project tracking, and quality review activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements:The top candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, follow-through, accuracy, and a willingness to learn. Candidates with experience supporting artwork files, labels, and packaging materials, as well as proofreading, document review, or detail-oriented administrative support, will stand out.
Key Responsibilities · Support the Multimedia Design and Artwork Manager with daily administrative and project-related tasks
· Organize and maintain artwork files, packaging documentation, labels, and digital records
· Assist with proofreading labels, packaging materials, and project documents for accuracy and consistency
· Track artwork revisions, approvals, deadlines, and follow-up items
· Communicate with internal departments regarding artwork updates, project needs, and timelines
· Assist with maintaining accurate records related to artwork, packaging, and project documentation
· Perform quality checks for accuracy and completeness
· Support workflow coordination and organizational activities
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 2+ years of administrative or support experience preferred
· Experience in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
· Office environment within a manufacturing setting
· Prolonged sitting and computer use
· Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday. Overtime, including possible Saturdays, may be required based on business needs.

Minimal travel as needed
