Accountabilities:
  • Design and implement a structured middle management training strategy aligned with organizational goals and leadership capability frameworks.
  • Develop role-based learning paths covering onboarding, leadership development, project management fundamentals, and operational best practices.
  • Create and maintain training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, SOPs, and job aids.
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for supervisors and managers, both virtually and in person.
  • Develop foundational project management training (PM 101), including governance, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and change management.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as PMO, HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning programs and delivery methods.
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure learning content remains current with evolving systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, instructional design, organizational learning, or curriculum development roles.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for supervisors, managers, or adult learners in operational environments.
  • Strong ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, practical learning experiences.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as financial tools, scheduling platforms, reporting systems, or similar business applications.
  • Solid understanding of project management fundamentals and cross-functional business operations.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30–40% for in-person training delivery.
  • Experience in construction, telecom, data centers, or field-based industries is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement savings options to support long-term financial security.
  • Opportunity to build and shape a training function from the ground up.
  • Exposure to complex, high-impact operational and technical environments.
  • Career development within a growing, innovation-driven organization.
  • Collaborative culture that values open communication and professional growth.
  • Field engagement opportunities through travel and hands-on training delivery.
