Job Description
The Support Staff I role provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient workflow within the department. This position is responsible for managing authorizations, maintaining reports, supporting payroll processes, and assisting with compliance-related tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support as needed
- Respond to time-sensitive issues and shifting priorities
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Support team members and leadership with ad hoc requests

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous administrative or healthcare support experience preferred
- Familiarity with authorization processes, insurance portals, or behavioral health services is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and payroll/timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP)
