About the Role:
The Hotel Front Desk position at Home2 Suites Dupont, WA, is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, representing the hotel’s brand and commitment to hospitality excellence. The successful candidate will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and any guest requests are fulfilled efficiently. Minimum Qualifications:

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
