Job Description
Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone who consistently follows up, communicates well, takes ownership, keeps accurate records, helps convert opportunities into scheduled services, resolves customer concerns, and contributes to an excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Follow-up on internal leads
Communicate professionally and clearly with customers via phone, email, and written documentation
Ability to properly explain and schedule services
Demonstrate understanding and professionalism in all customer interactions
Assist in resolving issues
Strong background in customer service and following-up on warm leads via the phone
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills
High level of attention to detail with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Preferred (but not required):
Experience working in sales
This is an in office position and requires sitting and working on a computer for several hours at a time
Must be available for a rotating six-day/four-day schedule. Tuesday–Friday one week, followed by Monday–Saturday the next. Weekday hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday hours are 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Saturday shifts fall on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month.

Has strong follow-up habits and is comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads. Understands that great customer service also means identifying opportunities, asking the right questions, and helping customers take the next step.
Uses good judgment and knows when to solve a problem independently and when to escalate it
Pays close attention to details, notes, scheduling, and customer information
Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities without letting things fall through the cracks
Holds themselves to a high standard of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Looks for better ways to do things and naturally follows best practices and established processes
Is coachable, receptive to feedback, and interested in continued growth
