Reports to: Director of Customer Service & GM of Door Plant
Department: Customer Service
FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
Location: Bradenton, Florida (Lakewood Ranch Door Plant)

A very reputable Fiberglass Exterior Door Manufacturer is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the team. Successful candidates will render a variety of customer services to Lowe’s and Signamark consumers through application of knowledge of our organization, its services, and products. Perfect candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism, should be outgoing, personable, and a good conversationalist. Past positions should involve working with people and data/order entry with good phone skills; areas could include retail, previous millwork, or manufacturer inside sales.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering 40+ phone calls per day.
- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
- Operates office equipment inclusive of ACD phone system, computers and terminals as necessary.
- Provides pricing, product availability and delivery/tracking information, processes orders, and problem solves.
- Ability to audit purchase orders as received to ensure orders are complete and ready to process.
- Maintains records by documenting orders and logging phone calls and related clerical duties.
- Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of proper phone etiquette, computer skills documentation, information on our product, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers.
- Cross over work with all departments of Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, and Production line.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Multi-task oriented. Excellent communication
- Problem solving abilities are needed.
- Exterior Doors and Construction Knowledge Preferred but not a Requirement.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree experience required.
- Must pass pre-employment screening and reference checks.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
