Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts
Location: Newark, NJ
Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (1:1 Home Care)

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric clients in Newark and the surrounding communities.

Position Responsibilities- Provide skilled, compassionate 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Monitor, assess, and document changes in the patient's condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe home care environment
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40.00 per hour
- Day Shifts
- Evening Shifts
- Overnight Shifts
Multiple cases are available with flexible scheduling options.
Qualifications- Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years if applicable)
- Proof of MMR immunization
