Job Description
At Dieffenbach's Snacks, we're passionate about making great snacks—but behind every bag of chips is a warehouse operation that runs with precision. As our Plant & Inventory Coordinator, you'll become the operational hub that keeps materials flowing, inventory accurate, and our production team supplied with everything they need to succeed.
This isn't a desk job, and it isn't just a warehouse job. You'll split your time between the warehouse floor and the office, partnering with production, shipping, procurement, and logistics to ensure every inventory transaction is accurate, every transfer is documented, and every pallet is exactly where it should be.
If you enjoy solving inventory puzzles, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you.
About You:The Ultimate Tracker: You’re the kind of person who notices things—like an inventory count that’s off by a single digit or a misplaced pallet .
Calm & Collected: "Organized under pressure" is basically your superpower when shipping schedules start moving fast.
A Master Multi-Tasker: You love a split day—happily shifting from a forklift seat to an office desk without missing a beat.
Dependable & Proud: You’ve got hustle, pride in your work, and you take ownership of making sure the team has exactly what they need to succeed.
Own the Warehouse flow – Keep shipping, receiving, and staging lanes organized, clean, and perfectly accessible like an inventory master.
Count it, track it, check it – Manage physical inventory counts, run cycle counts, tackle discrepancies, and maintain pristine digital records.
Production runway prep – Stage the corrugate, film, and seasoning for production runs so the line never stops, then reconcile and return the leftovers when the run is done.
Inbound inspector – Help receive incoming merchandise, unload materials safely, and ensure everything is properly documented and stored.
Logistics maestro – Coordinate inventory transfers between locations and arrange freight for raw material pickups like a logistics pro.
Drive the big rigs (indoors) – Safely operate material handling equipment, including stretch wrappers, pallet jacks, loaders, and forklifts.
Safety + Food Quality = Always – Strictly follow all GMPs, food safety protocols, and company compliance standards.
