What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate banquet menu items according to Club standards
- Assist with banquet prep, production, and event execution
- Set up and participate in banquet plating lines while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
- Prepare hors d'oeuvres, buffets, action stations, and special event menus
- Review banquet event orders (BEOs), recipes, and production sheets to ensure accurate execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures
- Support overall kitchen operations as business needs require
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, hotel, or food service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- ServSafe certification is a plus
