Job Description

At Agile Physical Therapy, you'll treat one patient at a time with full 60-minute appointments and no double booking. As an out-of-network orthopedic practice, we're built around quality, not volume.

As a clinical manager, you’ll lead and mentor a team of physical therapists, help shape the culture of your clinic, lead clinical initiatives, and support clinical excellence.

Our mission is simple: create great jobs for great physical therapists. We believe exceptional patient care starts with taking care of the people providing it.

Why PTs Choose Agile:

  • Salary range of $125,000–$155,000 based on experience and advanced certifications
  • Quarterly performance bonuses with top clinicians earning $5,000+ per quarter
  • Opportunities to develop your leadership skills while maintaining an active clinical practice
  • Dedicated administrative time to support clinic leadership, staff development, and other responsibilities
  • Support and mentorship from experienced clinical and operational leadership
  • Full 60-minute one-on-one appointments with no double booking
  • Out-of-network orthopedic practice focused on quality care rather than high-volume
  • Modern clinics equipped to support orthopedic rehabilitation, performance, and return to sport
  • A collaborative culture that values growth, humility, and exceptional patient care
Benefits:
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • PTO and paid sick time
  • New Parent Leave - 12 weeks total paid leave at 100% of pay
  • Continuing education budget and paid education time
Qualifications:
  • Active California physical therapy license
  • Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of orthopedic experience preferred
  • Experience in leadership, mentorship, and/or quality improvement initiatives preferred
  • Advanced certification or training (OCS, FAAOMPT, SCS, etc.)
