David Bond – Farmers Insurance is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Montgomery, TX. This is an opportunity for someone who knows how to build relationships, uncover customer needs, and close business.

Insurance experience is helpful, but not required. We are interested in strong sales professionals who can learn the insurance business and build a long-term career.

• Sell auto, home, life, and umbrella insurance products
• Follow up with inbound and outbound sales leads
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Prepare quotes and close new business
• Develop and grow your own book of business
• Work toward monthly sales and production goals
• Follow Farmers Insurance guidelines and procedures

• Sales experience preferred – insurance experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by achieving goals and earning based on performance
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
• Ability to build trust and explain products clearly
• P&C insurance license required or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, Progressive, or another insurance company is a plus

• $45,000–$100,000+ total compensation potential
• Base pay + commission
