Build the Career You Want in One of Texas' Most Vibrant Communities

Join a established, mission-driven family dental practice in Socorro, TX, serving a vibrant, diverse border community. You'll provide comprehensive general dentistry to an underserved population with high unmet needs, work alongside an experienced clinical leader, and build your skills in a high-volume, supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for dentists seeking clinical growth, community impact, and financial stability in one of the most affordable markets in the U.S.

Our practice is committed to making quality dental care accessible to all. We're growing our team and looking for a dedicated, compassionate general dentist ready to build long-term patient relationships and develop mastery in general, cosmetic, implant, and emergency dentistry.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Comprehensive general dentistry with high case volume (general, implants, cosmetic, emergency, preventive care)
  • Clinical mentorship
  • Serve a high-need, underserved border community (80%+ Hispanic majority) with strong mission alignment
  • Low cost of living (housing 33% below U.S. average) enables rapid student loan payoff and wealth building
  • Year-round sunshine and outdoor recreation (Franklin Mountains state park, 300+ days clear skies)
  • Growing El Paso market with strong patient demand and low dental workforce competition
  • Bilingual (Spanish) patient care opportunity in binational community
  • Stable patient base and established referral network
About the Area

El Paso, located at the base of the Franklin Mountains, is a vibrant border city of 700,000+ with a rich Spanish Colonial heritage, world-class cultural attractions, and exceptional outdoor recreation. Enjoy 300+ days of sunshine annually, hiking and rock climbing in the largest urban state park in the U.S., and a thriving binational community with authentic Tex-Mex cuisine and cross-border cultural experiences. The area offers big-city amenities (shopping, dining, museums, UTEP sports) with small-town affordability—median home prices are $250k–$280k, and overall cost of living is 13–16% below the U.S. average. Fort Bliss and UTEP anchor stable regional employment, and Texas Tech Hunt School of Dental Medicine (opened 2022) brings educational resources and dental workforce development to the region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality comprehensive general dentistry (preventive, restorative, cosmetic, implant, emergency)
  • Conduct clinical exams, diagnose oral diseases, and develop treatment plans
  • Perform procedures including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, teeth whitening, and implant placement
  • Communicate effectively with patients in English and Spanish (preferred) to build trust and patient loyalty
  • Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA/ADA clinical standards

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
Required Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school

  • 0–3 years of post-doctoral experience (new graduates welcomed)
  • Spanish language fluency (highly preferred for patient communication)
