Product Innovation Strategist in Chesterfield, Missouri at Reliv International

We are looking forward to welcoming a Product Innovation Strategist who will help shape what comes next, is an organized self-starter who wants to help us with product plans, market research along with product enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

This role sits at the intersection of nutritional science, consumer insight, product strategy, and field engagement. You will help identify the products Reliv should develop, improve, reposition, or retire. You will work closely with internal teams, formulation partners, manufacturers, and Reliv distributors to turn emerging science, marketplace trends, and real-world feedback into compelling products people understand and want to use.

You will also become one of Reliv’s most visible product experts. You should be equally comfortable discussing an ingredient with a formulation partner, evaluating a new product concept with leadership, presenting product strategy to distributors, or explaining the story behind a formula on video or social media.

This role is for someone who understands supplements, understands consumers, and knows how to turn both into better products.

What We’re Looking for:

Knowledge:

• Strong professional background in dietary supplements, nutrition, nutraceuticals, functional wellness, or a closely related category.
• Demonstrated understanding of supplement ingredients, formulations, product development, and current wellness trends.
• Genuine interest in nutrition, wellness, healthy aging, and helping consumers make informed product choices.

Skills:

• Ability to evaluate both the science behind a product and its commercial potential.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage audiences in person, on video, through social media, and in live digital environments.
• Strong strategic judgment and the confidence to make recommendations and move decisions forward.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, product development, marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of a specific degree.

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supplements, nutrition, product innovation, product development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience influencing or leading product development, formulation, product strategy, innovation, or portfolio management.
• Experience in network marketing, direct selling, or a distributor-led business model is strongly preferred.
