About the role
- Reporting to Senior Manager, Workers' Compensation, you will support the effective management of Workers’ Compensation cases while ensuring claims are handled efficiently, thoughtfully, and in compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures. This role focuses on supporting positive return-to-work outcomes, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing high-quality case management services.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end workers' compensation claims across multiple provinces
- File claims and ensure provincial compliance
- Review entitlement and challenge/appeal decisions
- Plan modified duties with a focus on return to work
- Work with and advise employers on return to work issues
- Premiums mitigation and cost control strategies as well as reducing durations
- Work with the various provincial Boards
- Accurately maintain documentation
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in paralegal studies or equivalent
- Experience in case or claims management within a Workers' Compensation environment

The pay range for this role is
$75,000 CAD per year (Ontario)
