Our Santa Fe homecare team is growing, and we're looking for a warm, dependable caregiver to help local seniors and individuals with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love. What You'll Do

Help clients with daily essentials — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and more — with patience and respect
-Keep an eye on vital signs and health changes, and speak up when something needs attention
-Support medication reminders and keep accurate, compliant documentation
-Assist safely with transfers using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, and proper technique
-Be a friendly, comforting presence — many of our clients look forward to your visit all day
-Help out with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep to keep home life running smoothly
-Document care with care, following home health regulations

What We're Looking For

-Experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or in assisted living/elder care preferred
-Background in dementia care, developmental disabilities, or geriatric care is a big plus
-Comfort with medical terminology, catheter care, or end-of-life care is helpful (not required to start)
-A good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, given our community
