Description:

The Donations Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Human Resources Department and the Tooth Company (Bear Tooth, Moose's Tooth, Eye Tooth & Broken Tooth) in fostering a healthy and inclusive workplace culture and making a positive impact in the community. The Donations Coordinator oversees the charitable donation program, coordinating in-kind donations and monetary sponsorships. This position is also responsible for the employee recognition programs, engagement events and opportunities, and provides administrative support to the HR team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the charitable donations program, coordinating in-kind donations of food and merchandise and monetary sponsorships.
  2. Plan and execute employee recognition programs, including manager birthday celebrations, employee birthday and holiday gift distribution, and employee appreciation events.
  3. Facilitate communication strategies for employee assistance program features and athletic registration entry opportunities.
  4. Spearhead employee engagement event coordination and communication.
  5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  6. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  8. Support the Human Resources department in facilitating and directing employee inquiries on perks, policies, and concerns.
  9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications

  1. High School diploma or GED.
  2. Previous work experience focused on planning and coordination.
  3. Basic knowledge of administrative and HR office functions.
  4. Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  5. Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office Suites.
  8. Previous restaurant experience a plus.
  9. Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team environment.
  10. Time management and multitasking abilities.
