Position Summary
The Front Office Manager oversees all front desk and guest services operations within the full-service hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and alignment with company and brand standards.
Essential Functions
• Oversee daily front office operations including front desk, guest services, and night audit
• Ensure exceptional guest service from arrival through departure
• Train, coach, and develop front office team members
• Create schedules and manage staffing levels
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and audit processes
• Maintain compliance with policies and brand standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and online reviews
• Prepare reports and analyze operational performance
Qualifications
• Previous front office or hotel management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of FSPMS and MARSHA preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Frequent use of computers and front desk systems
