About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and clinically knowledgeable Report Writer to support our psychological and neuropsychological evaluation team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed psychologists and psychometrists to transform clinical data into clear, organized, and diagnostically accurate reports.
This position is ideal for someone with strong writing skills and a background in psychology who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.
Role at a GlanceThe Report Writer plays a critical role in supporting our clinical team by transforming psychological testing data into clear, structured, and diagnostically sound reports. This position works closely with licensed psychologists and is responsible for maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality documentation across all evaluations.

$30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and synthesize testing data, standardized scores, and behavioral observations
- Draft comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological reports
- Edit and proofread reports for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Collaborate with clinicians to ensure diagnostic accuracy
- Manage multiple reports and meet turnaround deadlines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve report quality
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret and synthesize complex clinical data
- Collaborative and independent work style
- Master’s or Doctoral training in Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred
- 1 to 3 years of report writing experience in a clinical setting
- Strong familiarity with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria
- Experience with pediatric and adult populations
- Knowledge of assessments such as WAIS-IV, WISC-V, WIAT-4, MMPI-3, BASC-3
- Experience with EHR systems or telehealth platforms is a plus
