  • Work directly with clients and external stakeholders to maintain and expand Rhodium’s reputation as an indispensable independent source of information on energy and climate issues.
  • Manage a team of outstanding researchers and analysts with deep capabilities in emerging energy technologies, their supply chains, and associated economic impacts. Coach them to expand and strengthen their capabilities, knowledge, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Accountable for actively seeking out and retaining new clients, as well as developing and expanding Rhodium’s public-sector business opportunities.

  • Proven command of energy market and policy dynamics in key regions (especially in the US), and familiarity with a wide range of emerging energy technologies
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state climate and energy policies, key agencies and organizations, and current developments in the field
  • Proven track record and a passion for business development (BD) and client relationship management. Public sector BD experience is also considered an asset
  • Experience collaborating with energy experts, analysts, and modelers, distilling actionable insights, and communicating to a wide range of audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively in a fast-paced setting, manage and own multiple projects, mentor and develop team members while providing leadership, and independently set priorities and resolve issues
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills and public engagement experience
  • Experience with operating in hybrid work environments is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years managing direct reports, with experience in managing hybrid teams being advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years managing research, analysis, or product development
