DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Lead production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage labor, overtime, and departmental expenses to support financial performance.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain production flow and performance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment.
• Influence frontline execution to improve team performance and productivity.
• Develop frontline teams to build operational capability and engagement.
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with EHS&S policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; demonstrate EHS&S leadership through identifying and mitigating risks, reporting incidents, encouraging worker participation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring employees receive required training and are competent to work safely and responsibly
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
Skills Required
•Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and capacity planning
•Understanding of production processes, equipment, and team workflows

Physical and/or Mental Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds, and occasionally up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, mid-range vision, and the ability to adjust focus to facilitate using computer. Must be able to focus on multitasking and managing overlapping priorities.

Working Conditions
This position typically works on-site but may be a hybrid with approval. The working environment is generally clean; however, this position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire, consistent with site specific safety guidelines is appropriate.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $120,000-$140,000 per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, location, and shift. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on the date of hire, schedule type, and hours worked.
