  • Strong understanding of API architecture, integration patterns, internet protocols, and platform-to-platform communication.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, or similar observability platforms.
  • Familiarity with Postman, Bruno, Git/GitHub, SQL, and Linux environments.
  • Ability to balance technical execution, client communication, and project ownership across multiple priorities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with confidence collaborating with global teams and clients.
  • Experience mentoring team members, improving technical processes, or acting as a technical leader is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, application architecture, and API infrastructure.
  • Experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent technical experience.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote work opportunity.
  • Opportunity to work with global enterprise clients and complex SaaS integration projects.
  • Exposure to modern API technologies, cloud-based platforms, and advanced observability practices.
  • Collaborative international environment with teams across multiple regions.
  • Career growth opportunities, including potential progression toward technical leadership and people management.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative technology solutions in a fast-growing research technology environment.
  • Inclusive culture focused on collaboration, transparency, continuous learning, and professional development.
