Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist based in the United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced sensing technology, customer solutions, and field deployment engineering. You will be responsible for bringing high-performance radar systems into real-world environments, ensuring seamless integration with partner platforms and mission-critical applications. The position blends technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and hands-on system deployment across diverse industries such as autonomous systems, security, and smart infrastructure. You will act as a key technical liaison between customers, integrators, and internal engineering teams, helping translate complex radar capabilities into operational value. This is a highly dynamic role that combines fieldwork, systems engineering, and applied analytics, with significant exposure to cutting-edge sensing and autonomy technologies. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with hardware and software systems while influencing real-world outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Support customer and partner engagements by clearly communicating the technical value and capabilities of radar-based solutions across different applications.
  • Lead and execute system integration activities with third-party platforms, including command-and-control systems, video management systems, and autonomous platforms.
  • Plan, configure, deploy, and tune radar systems in field environments while ensuring successful installation and operational performance.
  • Provide ongoing technical troubleshooting and support for deployed systems, including both hardware and software components.
  • Conduct post-deployment and demonstration data analysis, generating reports and insights to support performance evaluation and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user guides to support customers and partners.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to drive product improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer needs and system capabilities.
  • Support field activities including equipment setup, maintenance, and transport as required.
  • Travel up to 50% to customer sites and field deployment locations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting field-deployed hardware or sensor-based systems in technical environments.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role, including pre-sales, post-sales, or solutions engineering responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to learn complex technical products and clearly communicate their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience integrating or operating complex systems, preferably including sensors, radar, or autonomous technologies.
  • Familiarity with system troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience working with software APIs and technical integration workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line interfaces is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, or signal interpretation tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and diagnostic tools (e.g., packet analysis tools such as Wireshark) is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in field and remote environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks, including transporting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet applicable export control requirements.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, plus performance-based commission
  • Equity participation through RSU grants
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees
  • High employer contribution toward dependent healthcare coverage
  • Flexible PTO and paid company holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Mental health and wellness support programs
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and travel assistance benefits
  • Remote-first flexibility with field deployment travel opportunities
  • Professional development support and access to learning resources
  • Additional voluntary benefits including pet insurance, commuter support, and legal services.
