- Support field activities including equipment setup, maintenance, and transport as required.
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites and field deployment locations.
- 5+ years of experience supporting field-deployed hardware or sensor-based systems in technical environments.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, including pre-sales, post-sales, or solutions engineering responsibilities.
- Strong ability to learn complex technical products and clearly communicate their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience integrating or operating complex systems, preferably including sensors, radar, or autonomous technologies.
- Familiarity with system troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Experience working with software APIs and technical integration workflows.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line interfaces is preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, or signal interpretation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and diagnostic tools (e.g., packet analysis tools such as Wireshark) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in field and remote environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including transporting and handling equipment up to 50 lbs.
