Especialista em Partner Operations (Partner Ops)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista em Partner Operations (Partner Ops) based in Brazil.

You will join a high-impact operations team responsible for scaling and optimizing the entire partner ecosystem, ensuring that strategic partnerships translate into efficient, data-driven, and repeatable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, automation, and partnerships, playing a key part in structuring how partners are onboarded, enabled, and activated across their lifecycle. You will design and improve processes that directly impact partner performance, revenue growth, and operational scalability. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, comfort with technical tools, and the ability to connect business needs with scalable operational solutions. You will also work closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations and aligned execution. This is a highly cross-functional role in a fast-paced environment where structure, automation, and continuous optimization are critical.

Accountabilities:
  • Structure and evolve operational playbooks that support the growth and scalability of the partner channel.
  • Define, manage, and continuously improve the full partner lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, enablement, activation, and expansion.
  • Ensure governance, standardization, and consistency across all partner operations and processes.
  • Build and optimize automated workflows for lead management, opportunity tracking, deal registration, and commission processes.
  • Implement, configure, and manage CRM and PRM platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Integrate partner-related data with sales, marketing, and product systems to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop co-selling and co-marketing operational frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and enablement resources to support partner success and internal alignment.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to support integration design, technical documentation, and scalable partner solutions.
  • Monitor partner performance, experiments, and campaigns, using data to drive continuous optimization and retention strategies.
  • Develop and maintain commission calculation and tracking systems to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations roles.
  • Background in SaaS or B2B technology environments with complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PartnerStack, Impartner, Allbound).
  • Solid understanding of process design, operational scalability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience working with multi-system integrations and multichannel operational environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and workflow builders (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Flowise, APIs, Webhooks).
  • Ability to work with CRM automation and integration logic, especially in platforms like HubSpot.
  • Basic ability to read and understand API documentation and technical workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Proactive mindset with strong prioritization, ownership, and execution skills.
  • Familiarity with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and event-based tracking is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as PostHog, Segment, Heap, or similar analytics platforms is a strong advantage.
