This role is focused on leading and delivering capital investment and engineering projects that directly support production growth, operational efficiency, and product quality across industrial operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple medium to large-scale investment projects, from feasibility and planning through execution and commissioning. The position requires strong technical leadership combined with project management expertise to ensure that engineering standards, safety requirements, and business objectives are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to budgeting, technical design decisions, and resource planning. • Lead the planning, development, and execution of capital investment and engineering projects across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
• Define technical scopes, feasibility studies, and investment plans in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring accurate budgets, timelines, and engineering solutions.
• Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and internal business processes.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, equipment standards, and best practices to optimize resources and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial tracking throughout the lifecycle of investment initiatives.
• Coordinate engineering resources, workforce planning, and capability development to support project delivery and team performance.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate engineering and innovation standards across all project phases.

• Proven experience in engineering and industrial operations, with strong exposure to capital projects and project management.
• Solid technical expertise in engineering disciplines, with the ability to lead complex technical discussions and decisions.
• Strong experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and influencing teams across operations, engineering, and supply chain.
• Ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and investment planning activities.
• Strong understanding of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems in industrial environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
