As an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you'll support promotional campaigns while creating positive customer experiences and increasing brand awareness.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with planning and executing promotional marketing campaigns and community events.
• Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and brand offerings.
• Increase brand awareness through event marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating promotional events, displays, marketing materials, and campaign logistics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly campaign goals.
• Participate in paid training covering marketing strategies, communication, leadership development, customer engagement, and sales fundamentals.
