Workforce Development Intern, Hendrick Body and Wellness

  • JOB SUMMARY
    • This internship offers hands-on mentorship in a healthcare setting. Assists with the organization and marketing strategy of Body and Wellness Retail store. Performs a variety of related tasks.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Minimum Education
      • Some college
    • Minimum Work Experience
    • Required Licenses/Certifications
    • Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Demonstrates the ability to communicate the hospital’s mission, vision, and values, as well as departmental goals
      • Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy work environment by modeling the desired behaviors and encouraging those in others
      • Demonstrates the ability to cope with and manage change, as well as help others do the same
      • Incorporates quality improvement into departmental goals
      • Ability to handle confidential information
      • Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
      • Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
      • Deals effectively with hospital personnel
      • Demonstrated advocate of quality and cost effective care
      • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
      • Demonstrated understanding of management issues
