This position starts through a staffing agency. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, a good work ethic, and reliable performance may have the opportunity to become full-time employees with Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS).I actually like using "Box Builder / Warehouse Associate" instead of "Logistics Facilities Maintenance Technician Associate." It's much clearer, more searchable on Indeed, and will attract the right candidates instead of maintenance technicians expecting to troubleshoot equipment. It also sets the job expectations upfront, which should help reduce turnover and interview no-shows.
