Pacific Coast Producers | Full-Time | On-Site | Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $25 to $28/hourly (based on experience)
Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking an experienced and talented HR Coordinator to join our Production Facility in Lodi, CA. What You'll Do:
- Administer and implement local HR Services and Programs in partnership with Plant HR team.
- Provide general administrative support in HR Office including but not limited to payroll, employee relations, scheduling, recruiting, new employee orientation, and returning employee onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management, answering questions and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion during the normal course of business.
- Oversee timekeeping data, which includes reconciling timecards, reviewing daily/weekly hours, and managing the facility-level meal penalty process.
- Tackle other duties and projects as assigned to support the team.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Five (5) years or more of work experience in Human Resources and/or payroll
- Ability to work nights and weekends durings our Pack Season (June-September)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong basic math skills for precise accurate tracking.
- A solid understanding of HR administration and core employment-life cycle laws and regulations.
- The capacity to build trust and strong partnerships across the facility through high-integrity service.
- Service focused attitude, high level of professionalism, discretion and judgement.
- A service-focused attitude paired with exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and clear, simplified communication skills.
- Able to advise and explain processes, procedures and concepts in a simplified manner.
- A collaborative yet independent worker who brings proven organizational and problem-solving skills to the table.
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Punjabi is highly preferred.

Salary Range: $25 - $28 per hour (based on experience). This is a full-time, on-site role based at our production facility in Lodi, CA and must be able to work nights and weekends during our pack season (June-September). The pay range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:

- Market conditions and business needs
