From aviation and aerospace to defence, emergency response and readiness, training, and specialized services, our work supports the people and organizations responsible for keeping communities, infrastructure, and operations safe and ready.
L•Hub is our corporate services team, providing expertise in human resources, IT, document review and production, graphic design, websites, organizational and employee wellness, and more. We support The Loomex Group internally, while also bringing these services to external clients.

You'll spearhead the launch of our Pathways to Success program, designed to better connect onboarding, performance, professional development, career growth, recognition, and succession planning. You'll also play an important role in our corporate culture and employee wellness and work directly with managers and our senior leadership team (SLT), providing advice, identifying risks, and helping leaders make informed decisions.
As L•Hub continues to grow, you'll also have opportunities to work directly with external clients, provide HR services outside The Loomex Group, and help us grow that side of the business.
This position reports to the vice-president, L•Hub and salary starts at $77,500. It is a permanent, full-time position working on a hybrid basis from our head office at the Peterborough Regional Airport.
