Dining Room Host in Marlborough, Massachusetts at Chick-fil-A

The Dining Room Host is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and hospitable environment for all guests. This role ensures dining areas are spotless, stocked, and comfortable while assisting guests and supporting the front-of-house team.

Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Greet guests warmly and offer assistance as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and beverage stations

• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly

• Stock condiments, utensils, trays, and dining room supplies

• Assist guests with seating, high chairs, and special requests

• Monitor dining room flow and communicate guest needs to the team

• Support front counter, curbside, or drive-thru during peak times

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation

• Bend, reach, and move throughout dining room and service areas

• Work in a fast-paced, noisy, and customer-focused environment

• Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements)

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, guest-focused environment

• No prior experience required — training provided
