Parts Support Specialist in Greer, South Carolina at Rechtien International Trucks

Core responsibilities include:

• Inventory management: Receiving, unpacking, and stocking incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities, and updating inventory records in the dealership’s management system

• Parts sourcing: Using computerized catalogs and inventory systems to identify parts for repairs, upgrades, or replacements, and placing orders for out-of-stock or special-order items

• Supporting service technicians: Issuing parts directly to service bays to keep repair workflows moving and minimizing delays

• Customer service: Assisting both retail customers and wholesale buyers in finding the correct parts, providing price quotes, and explaining availability

• Order processing: Managing sales transactions, preparing invoices, handling payments, and processing returns or exchanges

• Stockroom maintenance: Keeping the parts area clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure easy access for both staff and customers

• Warranty and returns: Processing warranty claims and part returns according to manufacturer and dealership policies

• Coordination: Communicating with the service department and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and to follow up on special orders
