This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, client success, and program management, supporting the performance and growth of strategic partnerships in the mental healthcare space. You will work closely with Partner Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client initiatives and strong partner relationships. The position requires a balance of analytical thinking and relationship management, turning operational data into insights that improve outcomes and strengthen collaboration. In a remote-first and mission-driven environment, you will contribute directly to expanding access to quality mental healthcare. You will also support process optimization efforts that enhance efficiency and scalability across partnerships. You will be responsible for supporting the success and performance of healthcare partnerships by managing operational workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring effective coordination across stakeholders. You will contribute to account management activities while helping drive process improvements and partnership growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the management and execution of small to mid-sized strategic healthcare partner accounts
- Coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders
- Using data analysis to generate insights, track performance, and communicate results in a clear, compelling way
- Building reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Looker
- Assisting in project management activities, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and contributing to the development of scalable processes and SOPs
- Supporting Partner Success Managers in client communications and relationship management
- Preparing materials and insights for executive-level or client-facing discussions
The ideal candidate brings experience in account management, customer success, healthcare operations, or a related field, along with strong analytical and communication skills. You are comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities across stakeholders. Key qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, healthcare operations, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data storytelling
- Experience using CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and narratives
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ambiguity
- Experience in healthcare, health plans, or high-growth startups is a plus
