  • Competitive Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 annually | Plus move in bonuses!
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Occasional weekends and evenings as needed
  • Location:​​​​This role will support both Santa Fe Terrace (Plainview, TX) and Hickory Terrace (Levelland, TX). The expected schedule is approximately a 50/50 split between the two communities, though this may vary based on business needs. Please note that the communities are approximately 60 miles apart, and Lubbock is centrally located between both communities.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and execute community sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, including tours, lead follow-up, CRM management, competitive analysis, and achievement of census and budget goals.
  • Develop and implement quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with leadership, incorporating outreach strategies, market trends, strengths/weaknesses, and performance tracking.
  • Build strong referral and community relationships through networking, presentations, events, and partnerships with healthcare providers, senior services, and local organizations.
  • Enhance the community's brand and reputation by managing social media and online reviews, coordinating move-ins, maintaining marketing materials and reports, and upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

What You'll Need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Customer-focused mindset with a caring, compassionate approach to working with seniors
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills and the ability to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience or in a similar position. Senior Living sales experience is preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
