Your Role & Impact
The Clinical Student Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the clinical student placements within TrueCare and ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements. This role serves as a liaison between academic institutions, students, preceptors, and internal stakeholders, supporting a high-quality clinical education experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

The Coordinator will be involved in onboarding/offboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and tracking of clinical students, ensuring all requirements are completed prior to the onboarding/offboarding of clinical rotations. This position also provides ongoing support to students and preceptors, monitors progress, informing the Sr. Director of issues as they arise, and maintains accurate records in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

As a Clinical Student Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of TrueCare’s clinical education programs, bringing students, academic partners, and preceptors together to create a seamless, high‑quality training experience. This dynamic role blends relationship‑building, organization, and problem‑solving as you coordinate clinical placements, manage onboarding and compliance, and support students throughout their rotations.

You’ll oversee everything from credentialing and scheduling to tracking progress and ensuring regulatory readiness, all while serving as the go‑to liaison for students, schools, and internal teams. What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support/office experience or relevant credentialing experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this role is $25.30 to $35.42 per hour.
