In this pivotal role, you will:

• Conduct mental health assessments & crisis counseling for unaccompanied minors
• Observe & assess child well-being in a facility setting
• Provide trauma-informed care & intervention strategies
• Engage with at-risk youth to promote emotional healing and resilience
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure child safety and well-being
• Advocate for those who need it most

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
• Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
• Experience working with at-risk youth & trauma survivors
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
